When I started personal training with Diana I couldn't even do squats, lunges, pushups etc. She coached me on how to do exercises correctly. Each session she came up with new workouts so it was never boring. After a few months of training I am able to do pushups, hold a three minute plank, and tons of other exercises. What I love most is she teaches you to use what you have at home to complete exercises. No gym necessary. She is encouraging, positive, and pushes you to succeed. She is fantastic at what she does!!!

My workouts are very customized to my level of fitness and existing limitations whether they stem from an old injury or on going orthopedic issues. The classes are intimate, no more than 10 per class. So everyone gets that special attention. It’s a very fun environment for me and I workout with very encouraging gym mates who push and support each other. I see myself continuing to go to this gym for years to come.

I love the group training sessions and one-on-one personal training to jumpstart my plan. I love the variety exercises Diana creates for the 30 minute group training; they are different each day… we do quite a bit of exercise in only 30 minutes!
