TESTIMONIALS

My journey started when I was looking for a trainer to help me build muscle strength. I went for a consultation and Diana told me about Symmetry. It just made sense. At 66 years old I am so happy to have invested in doing this for myself and my health.I have dealt with shoulder pain almost constantly the last few years. I tried physical therapy and it helped but pain would still keep me from falling asleep at night and my shoulder would hurt most of the time.

I started Symmetry and did my best to follow the routine twice a day. It amazes me how much better I feel. I very rarely have shoulder pain now. My back and neck are better and I am much more flexible. I also had one shoulder that was noticeably higher than the other. They are much more even now. I highly recommend the program.

Step 1: Step on the Mat

Shoes off, standing with the feet in alignment on the mat. It will feel funny as if your feet are pigeon-toed.
